Before I was a coach, I was a personal trainer, working in the health and fitness space. This means I know all too well the need for accountability if you are trying to lose weight or get in shape.
If you know what you ‘should’ be doing and eating but just have trouble sticking to it, you don’t need a personal trainer, you need an accountability coach.
Choose your own workouts - do what you enjoy - it’s completely up to you.
Decide what food you eat - as long as you it your calorie and protein goals (which we will set when we start) - you make sure it fits with your lifestyle.
What I will do is help you stay focused on the activities and way of eating that works for you, and make sure that you stay on track and achieve your health and fitness goals which you are 95% more likely to achieve with an accountability partner.
